Social Educator as Member of the Behavior Specialist Team (approx. 35%)

For the new school year 2026/2027, we are seeking for our kindergarten level with 16 departments a Social Educator as Member of the Behavior Specialist Team (approx. 35%) ## Presence time during school weeks • You support and coach teachers in challenging situations with individual children (development and expansion of the repertoire of actions) • You work preventively in dealing with challenging behavior of our kindergarten children (measures to promote school culture and prosocial behavior) • You are a member of our Behavior Specialist Team and work with teachers, parents, school social workers, and school management • You participate in our specialist team meetings and, if necessary, in discussions with parents or specialists Your qualifications • Completed training as a social educator (experience with children aged 4-7 years is an advantage) • You bring a pronounced systemic and solution-oriented thinking as well as a context-related view of behavior • You are flexible, self-motivated, and have a good sense of humor We offer • Your working hours are mainly during school weeks. Your deployment time in the kindergartens is on four freely selectable mornings • We operate the kindergarten department as a separate department with its own school management. You work closely with the specialist team and are in exchange with the school management • A great, helpful team is waiting for you.
