Textile Specialist/Work Coach

The Fachstelle Arbeitsintegration Region Bern carries out several offers and measures for social welfare recipients from over 50 partner municipalities on behalf of the Canton of Bern. Through internal companies, integration coaching, and job placement, it supports people in professional and social integration. In our internal company «Textilatelier» we are looking for a person to complement our teams from 1 October 2026 or earlier, limited until the end of 2027, as a Textilfachperson/Arbeitsagoge:in (50%). Textilfachperson/Arbeitsagoge:in (50%) Your main tasks You are a team member in the internal company «Textilatelier» with around 35 participants. You work according to the instructions of the company manager and take responsibility for areas of the company. You plan and carry out work orders from our partner company together with the participants. You achieve professional results on a regular basis in the areas of textile care and sewing manufacturing. You challenge and promote the participants according to work coaching principles. You are part of the internal, interdisciplinary collaboration. Your profile You have training in the textile industry (laundry, textile care, textile processing). You have further educated yourself in the agogic or care area. You love your craft and are able to guide inexperienced participants in it. You organize with ease and find easy access to people of different backgrounds. Work integration is your world. You lead with foresight and situationally. We expect a self-employed, innovative, and flexible personality who sees teamwork as a matter of course. Administrative skills round out your profile.
