CONSTRUCTION MANAGER Medical Practice Buildings 80-100 %

Die Praxisarchitekten AG realizes demanding interior fit-out projects - primarily for medical practices, clinics and medical facilities. Good architecture, the development of efficient work processes as well as cost and schedule certainty are among our core competencies.

As a Bauleiter/in Praxisbauten, you will, among other things, prepare tenders and construction programs, coordinate contractors and specialist planners, and keep costs, deadlines and quality under control. From the first concept to the handover of the keys, you are right in the middle of it, take responsibility for your projects and ensure that plans become built reality.

ABOUT YOU

Do you have further training as TECHNIKER/IN HF INNENARCHITEKTUR, BAULEITER/IN HF - or the corresponding several years of EXPERIENCE as a BAU- und PROJEKTLEITER/IN in interior fit-out?

• You seek the CHALLENGE - but in the right dosage?
• You see yourself as a BUILDER - but also tear down walls sometimes?
• You are PRACTICAL - but also open to other things?
• You are SOLUTION-ORIENTED - but do not always look for the easiest way?
• You love CONTROL - but do not immediately pull the handbrake?
• You are COMMUNICATIVE - but still not a chatterbox?
• You seek a team with HUMOR AND DRIVE - but no crazy colleagues?
• You appreciate FLEXIBILITY - but at the same time structure?
• You want to be PART OF OUR TEAM - but not an insignificant cog?

ABOUT US

• We are a team of 20 HEADS - and find that you are still missing.
• We plan at the locations LENZBURG AND ZÜRICH - but build throughout Switzerland.
• We like MESSERLI and MS-PROJEKT - but also value personal exchange on the construction site.
• We love our WORK - and the Apéro afterwards, of course.

BENEFITS

• Large and modernly equipped workplace
• Central place of work with optimal public transport connections and free parking spaces
• Flexible way of working
• 5 weeks vacation
• Multi-day company trips and various company events
