You develop, propose, apply, and evaluate physiotherapy treatments in accordance with the physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis, and medical prescription in order to recover, improve, or maintain the bio-psycho-social functions and activities of patients. You ensure individual or group care for adult patients and ensure their physical and psychological comfort throughout the therapeutic process. You also use pedagogical approaches such as therapeutic education, promoting adherence to treatments, prevention, and health education. You actively participate in interdisciplinary exchanges, colloquia, and case discussions. You collaborate closely with doctors, healthcare professionals, and all care partners to guarantee coordinated and high-quality care. You ensure the traceability of interventions in the patient file, participate in the management and maintenance of therapeutic equipment, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the service's services. You participate in the welcoming, integration, and supervision of new employees, students, and interns. You also contribute to the development of professional knowledge through your participation in training activities and, if applicable, clinical research projects. Rigorous, autonomous, and organized, you demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working in an interprofessional team in a dynamic environment. You hold a HES Bachelor's degree in physiotherapy or an equivalent diploma recognized for the practice of the profession in Switzerland. Specialized postgraduate training, such as a CAS as a training practitioner, is an asset. You have a strong interest in rehabilitation and the interdisciplinary care of patients. Experience in a hospital or rehabilitation setting is an asset. You have an excellent command of spoken and written French (minimum C1 level or native language). You are comfortable with IT tools and electronic care documentation. You demonstrate autonomy, rigor, organization, and good interpersonal skills. You enjoy interprofessional teamwork and identify with the values of trust, respect, team spirit, recognition, equality, and inclusion.
