Job Description ## • Responsible for the holistic care and support of patients in interdisciplinary rehabilitation with internal medicine and geriatric focuses. • Independent planning and organization of daily nursing activities as well as ensuring a professional nursing process. • Competent assessment of changes in health and crisis situations as well as appropriate action according to the situation. • Active participation in shaping interdisciplinary cooperation and coordination of the departments involved. • Promotion and support of learners within the framework of their training as a daily reference person.
