Do you want to not only analyze numbers, but actively contribute to the commercial development of our company with your insights? In this versatile role, you are an important interface between controlling, sales and marketing. You analyze relevant business developments, create sound decision-making bases and derive concrete recommendations for action from them for the commercial management of our Swiss business. Immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for a/n ### Sales Controller / Commercial Controller Switzerland 100% (m/f/d) to strengthen our team.

Your challenge

• Support and financial assessment of sales, customer, assortment and growth initiatives
• Analysis of sales volume, turnover, margins, customers and channels as well as derivation of concrete recommendations for action
• Creation of decision-making bases for sales, controlling and management
• Responsibility or collaboration in forecast, budget, planning and Commercial Reviews
• Analysis of deviations as well as identification of opportunities and risks
• Financial support of the S&OP process as well as collaboration in Demand Reviews
• Business Partner for sales and marketing in NPD and Stage-Gate processes
• Economic assessment of product launches, promotions, listings and assortment changes
• Further development of key figures, reports and Power-BI dashboards
• Analysis of the profitability of customers, products, channels and accounts
• Support with data quality, automation and further development of the commercial database

Your qualifications

• Higher business administration education (HF/FH) with a focus on Finance, Controlling or Business Administration
• 3–4 years of experience in sales, business or commercial controlling, ideally in a manufacturing company or in the consumer goods/food environment
• Sound knowledge in budgeting, forecasting as well as variance, contribution margin and profitability analyses
• Analytical, proactive and communicative personality with a strong business partner understanding
• Very good Excel and ERP knowledge (Business Central); Power BI is an advantage
• Knowledge of databases, data models or SQL is an advantage
