You manage the eifach bAR. independently during your shift, are a passionate host, and ensure that our guests feel comfortable.

Events & occasion responsibility in the Rythalle Solothurn

In addition to your activity in the eifach BAR, you can participate in a wide variety of functions and events in the Rythalle Solothurn.

Depending on interest and experience, you have the opportunity to take on more responsibility step by step – up to independent occasion responsibility.

This can mean:

• Co-organizing events and participating in the preparation
• Coordinating processes and ensuring a smooth occasion
• Taking on responsibility on-site during an event
• Coordinating employees and acting as a contact person
• Contributing your own ideas and helping to shape new projects
