In IKM, bed planning, OR programs, personnel deployment and data forecasts are intelligently networked with each other to care for our patients at the right time in the right place.

Your tasks

• You implement optimal OR planning according to strategic and tactical specifications - taking into account all key resources (personnel, beds, OR capacities, equipment).
• You schedule elective procedures in coordination with the specialist departments.
• You continuously adjust the planning in the event of short-term changes and prioritize urgent procedures.
• You are in regular contact with patients or relatives.
• You control the completeness of relevant patient and planning documents.
• You actively participate in process optimizations and quality measures.

Your profile

• Training in the healthcare sector (desirable with experience in OPS or anesthesia)
• Experience in OR planning
• Ability for networked thinking and flexible, situational action
• Resilience, teamwork and strong communication skills
• Enjoyment of organizational and administrative activities
• Good user knowledge in a KIS

Your salary ##

Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 82'000 and 102'000 Franken per year.

The exact salary level depends on your training and professional experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet have the required knowledge or experience may, in individual cases, also be classified below the salary range. For irregular working hours, allowances are provided in many cases. Further salary development depends on your performance and the financial possibilities of the Eleonorenstiftung.
