YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY • Needs- and customer-oriented nursing and care of patients according to the nursing process in cooperation with our partner doctors and an interprofessional team. <br /> YOUR TASKS • Holistic and individual care of the patients assigned to you according to the nursing process • Independent implementation of diagnostic and therapeutic measures prescribed by the doctor with the support of our health professionals • Recognition and control of emergency situations and initiation of adequate measures until the doctor arrives • Taking responsibility for correct patient documentation and information transfer in the assigned area of responsibility • Care and accompaniment of learners and students <br /> REQUIRED EDUCATION <br /> • Completed training as a dipl. nursing specialist or equivalent SRK recognition for foreign diplomas • Vocational pedagogical further training: vocational trainer SVEB 1 or willingness to complete it <br /> PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE <br /> • At least two years of professional experience in the acute care sector <br /> ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE <br /> • Great flexibility, resilience and high organizational talent • Good German language skills in writing and speaking (certificate B2) • Good IT user skills • High social competence and a pronounced sense of empathy • Teamwork and ability to instruct employees <br /> In addition to an attractive workplace on the right side of Lake Zurich, you can expect an inter- and multi-professionally working, well-rehearsed team.
