With nearly 1'300 employees, the Department of Psychiatry responds to a triple mission focusing on the treatment of mental disorders, training, and research. Thus, the department's mission is to screen for and effectively treat increasingly frequent and polymorphic pathologies while respecting patients and their relatives. The Service de psychiatrie de liaison et d'intervention de crise (SPLIC) evaluates, directs, and ensures the follow-up of complex psychiatric situations combining psychological suffering with somatic manifestations or disorders. It also offers targeted crisis interventions following the Unité d'accueil et d'urgences psychiatriques. Finally, it offers specialized outpatient care in the treatment of eating disorders (TCA) in adults. Within the SPLIC, the Espace de soins pour les troubles du comportement alimentaire (ESCAL) is the university structure of the canton of Genève specialized in the management of all TCA in adults. It offers an in-depth evaluation as well as specialized and individualized psychotherapeutic and psychiatric care for all TCA, within the framework of an outpatient consultation or an intensive program in a day hospital. Its multidisciplinary team actively participates in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching as well as various research projects aimed at improving the understanding, treatment, and management of eating disorders. More info on HUG Job description ## The ESCAL unit is looking for an FSP psychologist to complete its multidisciplinary team. You ensure the family follow-up of patients suffering from eating disorders. You also co-facilitate a multi-family therapy developed within the unit, intended for patients suffering from anorexia nervosa as well as their families and siblings. You participate in the team's clinical colloquiums and may also, depending on their profile and interests, contribute to the research, teaching, and scientific development activities of the unit. Profile description ## You hold a Master's degree in psychology and are in training or have obtained a MAS in psychotherapy in the systemic orientation. You benefit from personal clinical experience in the field of eating disorders. You possess the cantonal right of practice or are able to obtain it before your start date. For non-French speaking persons, a C1 level of French in spoken and written tests is required.
