Our client, an established construction company, is looking for an experienced workshop manager to strengthen the team. The company has a modern machine fleet and a modernly equipped workshop. The position offers a responsible leadership role in a successful SME with flat hierarchies, independent activities, and attractive further training opportunities.

Your tasks

• Management of the workshop including material depot and personnel
• Planning and execution of repairs on construction machinery
• Coordination with partner companies and procurement of spare parts
• Advising the management on strategic investment decisions

Your profile

• Completed training as a construction machinery or truck mechanic required
• Several years of professional experience in the construction industry is required
• Leadership experience in workshop management is mandatory
• Driving license category B and forklift certificate are required
