Das Sonderschulheim Mätteli offers two KaB places and one KIG crisis intervention place (365-day operation) for children and adolescents with cognitive impairments and extraordinary care needs. Security, support, and assistance are at the center of our intensive care. Immediately or by arrangement we are looking for Social Pedagogy Specialist / Care Specialist 60% ## You will: ### • Provide highly individualized intensive care - usually in a 1:1 setting with an appropriate security framework • KaB: Holistic, long-term care and promotion of children and adolescents with extraordinary care needs • KIG: Temporary special educational intervention for children and adolescents in severe crises • Maintain cooperation with families and specialist agencies You bring: ### • Completed training, completed studies in the aforementioned professions and experience in the professional care of people with disabilities • Joy and professional interest in complex care tasks • Joy in highly individualized care, searching for and implementing new, sometimes untested solutions • Willingness to take on various tasks in a large team • Joy in interdisciplinary cooperation We offer you: ### • Attractive annual working time model and a contemporary holiday regulation • a workplace with a high degree of responsibility and corresponding development opportunities and creative freedom • internal further training • remuneration corresponding to one of your training qualifications in accordance with cantonal guidelines • good accessibility by public transport Would you like to know more?
