With us, the child with their abilities and competencies is at the center. We promote the children within the framework of their possibilities to enable them to lead an independent, active, and meaningful life. To this end, we have introduced self-organized learning at all levels. We assess in a promotion-oriented manner without grades. Coaching conversations with the SuS (students) are part of the pedagogical everyday life. For the new school year, we will plan project half-days and open up the teaching even further. Do you feel like participating in our young team? We look forward to your application!
