Teamleader Accounting (m/f)

Your tasks

• Responsible for finance and controlling
• Management of sub-ledgers such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed asset accounting as well as the general ledger according to Swiss GAAP FER and OR accounting standards
• Monitoring of incoming payments from accounts receivable, including dunning management
• Recording of accounts payable, preparation of payment runs in compliance with payment deadlines
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Preparation of liquidity planning
• Collaboration in superior projects of TORMAX Schweiz AG
• Management of one employee

Your qualifications

• Completed commercial basic training as well as further training as a specialist in finance and accounting with a federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis)
• At least 10 years of professional experience in accounting, preferably in the industrial sector with own production
• Very exact and precise way of working
• High resilience and ability to work in a team
• Active collaboration with a hands-on mentality
• Very good SAP knowledge as well as MS Office, especially Excel
• German as a native language, English skills are an advantage
