For our customer, we are looking for a committed and experienced personality as a Team Leader E-Shop Logistics.

Your tasks

• You lead and coordinate around 50 employees in the warehouse together with other team leaders.
• You ensure smooth processes in daily business.
• You support the department manager and represent them in their absence.
• In the event of disruptions or personnel challenges, you quickly find suitable solutions.
• You ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company specifications.
• You promote cooperation within the team and continuously optimize logistics processes.

What you bring with you

• Completed training as a Logistiker EFZ or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in leading employees, ideally in logistics, production, or shipping.
• Structured, solution-oriented, and reliable way of working.
• Assertiveness, sense of responsibility, and enjoyment of teamwork.
• Confident appearance even in hectic situations.
• Very good German skills in spoken and written language.
• Good IT skills; experience with warehouse management or logistics systems is an advantage.
