• You care for and support 1 - 3 premature infants from the 23rd week of pregnancy or severely ill newborns - lovingly, professionally, and individually.
• You accompany children and their families empathically and family-centrically through a challenging time.
• You are part of the first hours of a new life: during initial care in the maternity department and accompanying newborns during external transports.
• You work according to current, evidence-based guidelines and actively help shape the further development of nursing quality.
• You are not alone: We work interprofessionally and meet each other at eye level.

What you bring with you

• A completed training as a nursing professional (Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann).
• Ideally a postgraduate study in intensive care (NDS) or a postgraduate study (NDK) in neonatology.
• Professional experience in pediatrics or neonatology.
• Very good German skills at C1 level, other languages are a plus.
