Housekeeper (hotel sector)

The employer is looking for a:

Housekeeper (reported profession)

Tasks and requirements:

• AFC training
• excellent communication skills in the Italian language
• leading a team of room attendants
• planning work shifts
• planning and controlling internal floral decorations
• supervision and performance of activities related to the cleaning and tidying of all internal spaces owned by the Fondazione (in particular hotel with annexes, conference rooms, holiday homes, tenant building, Casa del tè, Spazio Piscina with cloakroom, museum and buildings of the historical route)
• supervision and performance of internal laundry work (or for clients/collaborators)
• management of warehouse and cleaning materials
• purchase of cleaning materials in compliance with the directives and suppliers of the Fondazione and within the spending limit provided by the position
• regular control of necessary small maintenance work.
• quality control and proposal of solutions for the improvement of the Quality Management System

Requirements:

• experience in the sector from 1 – 3 years
• ability to work in a team
• excellent knowledge of Italian
• driving license cat.B
• owning a car

Employment details:

• workplace Ascona
• occupation from 10 - 100% (hourly work, on call)
• employment from 01.11.2026, fixed-term until 31.03.2027
• shift work, Sunday work and holiday work
• salary remuneration based on the CCNL of the sector
