Head Chef Company description On behalf of a recognized player in collective catering in the canton of Neuchatel, we are recruiting a Head Chef for a dynamic establishment offering a very wide range. Job description This Head Chef position is intended for a professional capable of guaranteeing quality, organization and rigor on a daily basis. They will be a key player in team coordination and production. The establishment values teamwork, collaboration and culinary excellence. He/she supervises a team of about ten employees in the kitchen with a volume of 200 to 300 menus per day. These meals are served on-site or transported to other sites. The Head Chef plans and implements the entire production; he/she supervises the production of sandwiches, salad buffets and catering services. As a referent for hygiene, quality and maintenance, he/she also manages orders and inventories. The hours are from Monday to Friday from 6h00 to 15h with a few exceptional evening interventions. Profile sought We are looking for a candidate with confirmed experience in collective catering AND high-end hospitality, with recognized and structured management. The head chef will propose the menus to be produced, manage the team on a daily basis and report to the restaurant manager. A global vision of the activity, sense of organization and collective spirit are essential. Autonomy and reliability are indispensable qualities for this position.
