Area of responsibility

• Accompanying sanitary projects through all phases until operational completion.
• Responsibility for technical implementation in residential buildings and commercially used properties.
• Monitoring of project costs and execution quality.
• Preparation of cost calculations and offers.
• Development of suitable renewal solutions for existing installations.
• Leading the assembly teams and coordination with project participants in construction and order meetings.

Desired Profile

• Training as a Sanitary Installer EFZ with further training as a Chief Assembler or as a Building Services Planner EFZ Sanitary; alternatively, a higher professional qualification in the corresponding field.
• Good oral and written German skills.
• Driving license category B.
• Willingness and ability to lead assembly teams.
• Team-oriented personality with strong social skills.
• Interest in technically demanding tasks and responsibility in project processing.
• Junior profiles with suitable training and the goal of entering project management are also considered.
