What this position offers you ###

• You create, maintain, and optimize test sequences and test systems, thereby contributing to high product and process quality
• The planning, procurement, commissioning, and support of automated test systems for assemblies and end devices are also part of your area of responsibility
• You actively participate in the further development and digitalization of test software and test hardware and drive modern solutions for digital data acquisition
• Through the analysis of test results and production data, you derive concrete optimization measures and support the continuous improvement of our processes
• As a technical contact person, you accompany the operation and lifecycle of IT hardware in the field of test technology and coordinate backup, update, and replacement processes
• You analyze malfunctions in test sequences and test systems, resolve errors sustainably, and ensure stable operation
• In close cooperation with various specialist departments, you participate in the creation and further development of test concepts
• Furthermore, you support special measures and optimization projects to ensure our high delivery quality

What you bring to the position ###

• You have a basic technical training in the areas of automation, mechatronics, or electronics and have ideally completed further training in the field of process technology or automation
• You are very familiar with production and testing systems from practice and understand the underlying industrial processes
• You bring knowledge in control technology, mechatronic systems, and industrial communication; experience with Beckhoff is a plus
• You have initial programming experience and are enthusiastic about innovative solutions at the interface of production, test technology, and digitalization
• MES, SAP, SQL databases, or IT/OT architectures are not foreign terms to you and ideally round off your technical profile
• You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner and bring the necessary hands-on mentality to approach challenges pragmatically
• As a team-oriented personality, you value cross-departmental cooperation and communicate confidently in German as well as well in English
