Technical Clerk / Mechanical Engineering (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Holistic commercial and technical processing of international customer orders in the office, from spare parts to complex machine revisions
• Competent advice and support of the worldwide clientele regarding technical concerns and inquiries
• Preparation, calculation and follow-up of offers
• Close cooperation and technical coordination with the internal specialist departments

Ensuring high-quality, timely and solution-oriented order processing

Qualifications

Your profile

• Completed technical basic training in mechanical engineering (e.g. polymechanic, designer, electromechanic)
• Commercial further education (e.g. Technical Clerk) or sound commercial professional experience in the office / customer service
• Established professional practice in machine or plant engineering
• Proficient German as well as good English skills in speaking and writing (French is a valuable plus)
• Exact, structured way of working as well as a mature, reliable personality who values responsibility and trust
