This is the contribution you can make

• Conduct procedures for the approval of electrical installations and installations for hydropower use, primarily in German
• Support the team in the enforcement of the Energy Act, the CO2 Act, and the Federal Act on Climate Protection Targets, Innovation and Strengthening Energy Security
• Assess legal issues in these areas and prepare legal documents
• Organize and participate in meetings and coordination sessions with the relevant authorities (ESTI, Kantone, BAFU)
• Represent the office in the field of administrative criminal law

This makes you unique

• University degree (Master) in Law
• Knowledge of administrative law
• Interest in interdisciplinary cooperation and working in a political environment
• Quick comprehension, good analytical and conceptual thinking as well as a goal-oriented way of working
• Good active knowledge of at least one second official language and, if possible, passive knowledge of a third official language
