Your main tasks Ensuring material and instrument logistics in the OR Supporting a smooth and efficient OR workflow Close cooperation with OR technology and other specialist departments Implementing the preparation process for upcoming ORs Operating Kardex to store and provide sterile goods containers Supplying individual material sterile goods Responsibility for refilling the sterile storage in the OR Incoming and outgoing control of orders using BC Ensuring the flow of goods and information through goods receipt control Relieving the operation technology staff with messenger runs Preparation, provision, and return of OR material and system trolleys Transfer of trolleys with sterile goods and contaminated material between OR and AEMP Your profile Completed training as Logistiker/-in EFZ or comparable training Networked thinking Knowledge in handling ERP systems (BC) Resilience and the ability to maintain an overview and calm even in hectic situations Independent and reliable way of working Willingness to take on responsibility Customer-oriented attitude Team player Our offer A varied and challenging activity in a lively, family-like, and exciting working environment, state-of-the-art infrastructure, training and further education opportunities, as well as attractive employment conditions await you.
