WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR FOR YOU

Do you want to sustainably improve business processes and actively drive the continuous development of an internationally active company? As Project Manager Operational Excellence (m/f/d), you will lead cross-departmental optimization projects and contribute to increasing our process efficiency and customer satisfaction through the targeted use of modern methods.

The following activities await you:

• Management and implementation of medium and large projects for process optimization and efficiency increase
• Analysis of end-to-end business processes as well as identification and implementation of improvement potentials
• Introduction and further development of methods of Lean Management, Six Sigma and the continuous improvement process (CIP)
• Management of interdisciplinary project teams as well as ensuring the achievement of defined project goals
• Identification, monitoring and evaluation of relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate process performance
• Advising specialist departments on Operational Excellence, especially on the implementation and use of performance indicators
• Planning and conducting workshops and training sessions for the sustainable anchoring of improvement initiatives
• Support of knowledge management through coaching, creation of process documentation and development of standardized templates

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

• Completed commercial vocational training or a completed degree, for example in business administration, industrial engineering or economics
• Strong interest in process optimization, Operational Excellence and continuous improvement
• Initial knowledge in the management of interdisciplinary projects
• Confident handling of MS Office as well as ideally knowledge in SAP, Confluence and Jira
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
• Analytical thinking skills, a structured and independent way of working as well as strong communication and teamwork skills
