Team Leader: Billing ZEV

These are your tasks

• Leadership and coordination of the billing team as well as ensuring timely and customer-oriented processing
• Monitoring and processing of order control lists
• Solution-oriented processing of customer inquiries and complaints with prompt initial contact and expeditious completion
• Competent and individual specialist support for potential customers
• Ensuring the complete and correct billing of all services rendered
• Timely and reliable creation of interim and final invoices
• Active participation in projects as well as co-designing the further development of our in-house billing software

This is what you bring with you

• Leadership experience as well as enjoyment in motivating, developing employees and achieving goals together
• Basic technical understanding in the area of ZEV as well as knowledge in billing and metering
• Basic knowledge in accounts receivable and experience in the commercial processing of real estate
• High digital affinity and proficient handling of ERP systems and MS Office
• Strong social competence and the ability to interact constructively and appreciatively with different personalities
• High sense of responsibility and quality as well as a structured, independent and reliable way of working
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing (knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage)
