Your tasks
Technical and personnel leadership of a nursing team
Responsible for administrative management and documentation
Participation in the further development and optimization of processes
Interdisciplinary cooperation
Exchange and coordination with the management and executive board members
RAI coordinator
During the absence of the Head of Nursing and Care, you will take over their deputy role
Your profile
Completed nursing training (Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH, DN II) or equivalent
Professional and leadership experience as well as willingness for further training
Good organizational and communication skills
Confident handling of electronic nursing documentation
Team-oriented, resilient personality with good German skills in speaking and writing
