Alcosuisse AG is a subsidiary of Thommen-Furler AG, the Swiss market leader in chemical distribution. Alcosuisse is the Swiss ethanol producer and has been supplying the Swiss economy with high-quality ethanol products for over 100 years; approx. 500‘000 hectoliters of ethanol are sold annually to its around 2‘000 customers from the pharma, chemical, cosmetics, and spirits industries. As reinforcement for our sales team at our headquarters in Rüti bei Büren, we are looking for a Service Center Clerk «Alcosuisse» 100% (m/f/d) Your tasks: • Receiving and processing written as well as telephone customer inquiries, processing the associated orders and ensuring order fulfillment (d/f); • Creating offers and order confirmations, timely and system-relevant entry in an ERP system as well as their subsequent entries; • Processing customer complaints; • Regular (daily) and system-relevant master data maintenance; • Creating specific evaluations and situational participation in projects. You possess: • Completed commercial basic training or equivalent training in sales-internal service; • Professional experience in a similar sales activity is an advantage; • Very good German skills and good French skills; • Good user knowledge of the common MS Office suite and experience in dealing with an ERP system; • Teamwork skills, enjoyment in dealing with external and internal stakeholders, reliability, flexibility - independence and an exact way of working.
