L-Association intercommunale d'accueil de jour des enfants Cossonay et région (AJERCO) brings together 25 communes. The Réseau AJERCO's mission is to offer collective pre-school and after-school care (20 structures) as well as family-based care that meets the evolving needs of families.

In the context of the opening of our new UAPE of 24 places in Cossonay, we are looking for for an indefinite duration a:

Structure Manager at 30% ##

(with possibility of an additional 30% educational time) ##

General mission

Your first mission will consist of recruiting your future team as well as participating in the setup and layout of the UAPE in close collaboration with our transverse services.

As a structure manager, you are the guarantor of the smooth functioning of the establishment in the pedagogical, organizational, financial, and human fields, in collaboration with internal actors. In this capacity, you develop, with the educational team, the pedagogical project of the structure, ensuring its coherence with the values and objectives of the network.

You ensure the educational supervision of the children by implementing actions adapted to their needs and their age, in order to support their global development and their autonomy in an inclusive and secure framework in accordance with the normative requirements in force.

Regarding the links with the children and their family, you promote an educational partnership based on trust, listening, and communication.

In addition, you actively contribute to the implementation of the vision and decisions of the management and ensure the maintenance of trusting relationships with all internal and external partners.

Finally, you will work in close collaboration with the nursery manager, as some premises are shared between the two structures.

Your profile

• Hold an ES diploma as an early childhood educator, or another title admitted by the SCAJE
• Proven professional experience in a similar position (minimum 3 years) with managerial experience
• Training in team management recognized by the SCAJE (or to be obtained within 2 years after starting the position)
• Knowledge of the CSE KIBE professional software, an asset
