Finance & Accounting Specialist 70 - 100% (a), Zentralschweiz

immediately or by arrangement

Your tasks:

• Independent management of the general and subsidiary ledgers including accounts receivable, accounts payable and fixed asset accounting
• Collaboration on monthly closings as well as preparation of the annual financial statements according to OR
• Processing of payment transactions, handling of the dunning process and preparation of VAT returns
• Preparation and analysis of key figures as well as support with regular evaluations
• Management of master data and collaboration in the optimization of existing processes in the ERP system
• Support of the management in internal and external projects as well as with business management questions

Your profile:

• A commercial basic training with further training in finance and accounting or the willingness to develop further in this area
• Ideally several years of professional experience in finance and accounting, preferably in an SME
• Experience from the social insurance sector is also a good basis for this function
• Good to very good Excel skills; ABACUS knowledge is an advantage
• Proficient German skills in speaking and writing
• An exact, independent and discreet way of working as well as a sense of responsibility and team spirit
