In this function, you will actively help shape the AMAG ecosystem and ensure that our solutions in the areas of energy, charging infrastructure, and mobility work together seamlessly. In doing so, you will work closely with various business units, stakeholders, and decision-makers and take responsibility for strategic as well as operational projects with visible impact.

What you can achieve with us ##

• Further develop the ecosystem & seize opportunities: You analyze existing offers and processes, identify synergy potentials, and develop new solutions, bundling concepts, and optimizations along the customer journey.
• Successfully manage projects: You coordinate the overarching PMO within the Energy & Mobility ecosystem, keep an eye on milestones, progress, and risks, and ensure the goal-oriented implementation of important initiatives
• Build networks & promote cooperation: You network relevant stakeholders within AMAG, bring different interests together, and create the basis for successful joint initiatives
• Drive strategic projects forward: You are responsible for selected projects from analysis to implementation, preparing decision-making bases, business cases, and presentations for management
• Market & competition: You observe market trends, competitors, and regulations in the Swiss energy and mobility sector for continuous adjustment of the ecosystem approach

What you bring with you ##

• The professional foundation: You have a completed university degree (Bachelor or Master) in business administration, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable field. Additionally, ideally, you bring 2 to 3 years of experience from strategy consulting, business development, or an in-house strategy function. A strong understanding and high affinity for the Swiss energy, charging infrastructure, and mobility sector is an advantage
• Analytical thinking & business understanding: You understand complex relationships quickly, work data-based, and derive sound recommendations for action and business cases from them
• Project management & implementation strength: You proceed in a structured manner, set priorities, and successfully bring projects to their goal with initiative and pragmatism
• Communication strength & tact: You move confidently across different hierarchical levels, build trust, and find common solutions even with differing interests
• Personal responsibility & will to shape: You tackle topics proactively, take responsibility, and maintain focus on impact and results even in a dynamic environment
