Replacement (fixed-term contract) - 90% occupancy rate at our Neuchâtel site Your Missions : Perform basic care and hygiene and comfort care, Carry out medical-technical acts delegated by nurses, Ensure the comfort, safety and quality of life of residents, promoting their autonomy, Observe, transmit and report relevant information to the team, Contribute to the development and monitoring of care projects, Apply quality processes in care and ensure their respect, Guarantee the proper use and maintenance of care equipment, Intervene in an adapted manner in emergency situations according to current procedures, Ensure assistance with food and supervision during meals if necessary, Actively participate in a positive and constructive work climate. Your Profile : CFC Assistant in Community Care and Health (ASSC) or equivalent title, Experience in a similar position, an asset, Interest in accompanying people living with disabilities, Ability to react quickly and adaptively in crisis situations, Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team, Sense of responsibility, autonomy and initiative, Excellent relational skills and listening skills, Discretion, punctuality and professionalism, Mastery of French (oral and written), Good mastery of common computer tools and professional software (Carefolio and LongTerm: an asset), Flexibility: weekend work and some nights. An extract from the judicial record may be requested. This position involves contact with vulnerable people. As such, proof of immunity or vaccination against measles and chickenpox, as well as vaccination against hepatitis B, is required. If necessary, these vaccinations can be carried out by our services and covered by our institution.
