Specialized Employee/Caregiver 70 - 90 %

The FARO Foundation accompanies and cares for adult people with cognitive and/or mental disabilities. We strive to ensure that people with disabilities, especially those with challenging behavior, have a place in society. We are looking for a Specialized Employee/Caregiver 70 - 90 % immediately or by agreement. The Sternbild residential home is located on the Königsfelden site and offers residential places with employment opportunities. In currently 7 residential groups, we provide approximately 30 clients with partly highly challenging behavioral patterns with a needs-based, resource-oriented, and holistic care. Your tasks • Integrate the resources and needs of clients into everyday life • Ensure and document handling of challenging situations or crises • Build and maintain a professional relationship with clients • Carry out and evaluate professional intervention types • Ensure the basic needs of our clients, such as health care, execution of medical prescriptions, and household tasks • Organize the daily life of clients and enrich it with daily structuring activities, recipient-oriented communication, leisure activities, and educational activities • Transfer agogic basics into everyday life Your qualifications • Completed specialized training as a specialized caregiver (FaBe) • Several years of experience in caring for people with highly challenging behavior and mental disabilities • High social competence and assertiveness, as well as pronounced mental and physical resilience • A strong sense of responsibility, independent action, and team skills are essential for the workday Our offer This varied and interesting work enables an in-depth examination of different personalities and needs.
