Commercializer Uni5 SA is a Geneva-based company active in the development and enhancement of primarily artisanal, commercial, and industrial buildings. As part of our growth, we are looking for a collaborator responsible for the commercialization of real estate projects developed by Concordo, the parent company of Uni5. Our projects are distinguished by a pragmatic, agile, and eco-responsible approach, centered on users and characterized by strong proximity to local businesses. MISSION You will be responsible for the commercialization of our buildings and the development of a network of companies and corporate real estate actors in Geneva. You will also contribute to land prospecting in Geneva and actively participate in the growth of the Uni5/Concordo group. MAIN TASKS Commercial development · Targeted prospecting of artisanal, industrial, and commercial companies · Development and animation of a local network · Identification of future tenants or purchasers Commercialization · Organization of visits · Negotiation and drafting of offers · Development of rents, sales prices, and commercial conditions Client follow-up · Relationship with tenants and purchasers · Coordination of requests and works Marketing · Participation in marketing materials, digital communication, and professional networks QUALITIES AND COMPETENCIES Proven commercial experience Very good knowledge of the Geneva economic fabric Strong customer orientation and sense of service Strong prospecting capacity Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to create a network Technical knowledge in construction or real estate, an asset. Entrepreneurial spirit and autonomy with a sense of priorities and responsibilities Proficiency in standard IT tools Driving license indispensable Negotiation skills and results orientation Interest in real estate and local economic development FRAMEWORK This position contributes directly to local economic development by supporting the establishment and growth of Geneva businesses.
