To drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly looking for highly qualified specialists. To strengthen our team in the Engineering department, we are looking for a dedicated (Senior) Project Manager Engineering (a), 100%.

Your tasks:

• You lead and monitor projects and sub-projects (new installations, conversions, expansions) of production or infrastructure plants as well as associated ventilation, laboratory installations, or cleanrooms.
• You accompany the projects from the idea to commissioning, taking into account relevant and current technical standards, GMP specifications, as well as HSE guidelines.
• Responsibility for compliance with regulations, budgeted costs, and deadlines.
• Ensuring the GMP compliance of plants, buildings, processes, as well as the associated technical documentation in digital as well as in paper form, in close cooperation with the Quality Assurance department.

Your profile:

• Completed university education as an engineer, specializing in process engineering or pharmaceutical technology
• Sound specialist knowledge in the planning and technology of production plants in a life science or biotechnology environment
• Several years of experience in the independent project management of interdisciplinary teams
• Very good skills regarding interface management between the departments, planners, suppliers, and trades involved in the project
• In-depth experience with cost, schedule, and change management in investment projects with a value of at least 10 Mio. CHF
• Knowledge of GMP specifications in the context of the chemical-pharmaceutical industry
• High resilience and flexibility
• Very good German and solid English skills
