The Stiftung Schloss Regensberg operates a special education school and a Type A day special school, with an integrated 15plus special school, a boarding school for students and learners, various coaching forms and offers in vocational integration, as well as semi-supervised living forms in youth housing. We care for children, adolescents and young adults with difficulties in personal and/or social development as well as impairments in learning and performance. Civil Service Worker with responsibility and heart (100%) ## Do you want to make a valuable contribution to the development and promotion of children and adolescents? Then you have come to the right place! For a varied civil service assignment in our school and residential area, we are looking for a committed, responsible and empathetic personality by arrangement. Your tasks ### • Support of students in lessons as class and student assistance under the guidance of the responsible teaching and specialist staff • Accompanying and supporting children and adolescents in the residential groups • Assistance with homework • Support during break supervision • Co-designing the daily routine as well as leisure activities • Participation in the organization and implementation of events • Participation in team meetings • If suitable and required, undertaking occasional transport and driving services with the company's own vehicle • In consultation with the management team, undertaking supporting tasks in administration, housekeeping, garden, kitchen or maintenance What you bring with you ### • Completed vocational training or secondary school certificate • Joy and interest in working with children and adolescents • Minimum age of 22 years • High sense of responsibility as well as empathy • Teamwork skills and reliability • Driver's license category B is an advantage What awaits you ### • A versatile and meaningful civil service assignment with direct contact with children and adolescents • Valuable practical experience in the school and socio-pedagogical environment • Professional guidance by experienced teaching and care staff • A familiar, committed and appreciative team • The opportunity to take on responsibility and contribute your own strengths • A varied working day with school, leisure and group activities Do you want to perform a varied and meaningful civil service assignment?
