As a project manager, you will take on a key position in the management and coordination of projects in the field of cloud-based software development for our rail customers. You will lead development and customer projects in this environment and work closely with internal stakeholders as well as external partners and customers to realize innovative and market-oriented solutions. We are looking for a committed person with a passion for innovative software projects, a joy of teamwork and an enthusiasm for developing cloud-based software using agile project methods. Your tasks and responsibilities • You plan, control and monitor software development projects in the cloud environment. You ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and in accordance with requirements. This also includes defining project goals, assigning tasks, risk management and quality assurance. • You maintain close relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as customers in the rail industry, partners or other departments within Siemens. You understand the requirements of the stakeholders and ensure that the developed software solutions meet their needs. You communicate project status and results to stakeholders in a targeted manner. • You are the interface between development, engineering and product management as well as customers. You coordinate with these departments as well as the technical core team and ensure a smooth project implementation. • You work closely with our international development team to develop innovative solutions in the rail industry. You identify potential for optimizing existing processes and drive the introduction of new technologies and methods.
