• Primary care of patients with acute and chronic illnesses

Your profile – Leadership personality with medical expertise

• Specialist title General Internal Medicine (FMH or equivalent)
• Experience in primary care and ideally in a leadership function
• Entrepreneurial thinking and interest in the strategic development of a medical facility
• Ability to lead and motivate a team and to make practice-oriented decisions
• Strong communication skills and high social competence for collaborative trust
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
