The pension fund insures the employees of the group () within the framework of occupational pension schemes. A small, dedicated, and well-coordinated team at the company headquarters in Moosseedorf is responsible for the management and administration of the pension fund. As part of a targeted succession plan, we have been commissioned with the recruitment of:
Specialist Pension Fund Administration BVG (job sharing, part-time also possible)

Your area of responsibility: Following a targeted induction, you will take over the following main tasks:
Processing all mutations including benefit cases (age/disability/death)
Processing advance payments and repayments for WEF and divorces
Pensioner administration as well as monthly pension payments
Support and correspondence with employers, insured persons, pensioners, and public authorities
Cooperation with the reinsurer
Invoicing of contributions and contribution reconciliation with the employer companies
Processing of the monthly payroll interface
Advising insured persons
Participation in the annual financial statements, in projects, as well as in process optimizations

Your profile:
3 to 5 years of professional experience in pension fund administration, possibly professional experience in another social insurance (AHV benefits or daily allowance insurance)
Further training in the field of occupational pension schemes or social insurance is an advantage
Good German skills, Italian skills are an advantage
Enjoyment of independent and process-oriented work
Customer-oriented, responsible, proactive, and committed
Open to innovations, changes, or additional tasks

Your perspectives: In this excellently managed pension fund and in the small team, you will have insight (and participation) into all matters of pension fund administration.
