AN ASSC / Assistant in Community Nursing and Care

50% / NIGHT WORK

Your mission

Ensure the support and care of residents during the night.

Participate in maintaining a calm, secure, and benevolent environment

• Provide basic care and delegated care, in collaboration with the nursing team
• Actively participate in the monitoring and transmission of information
• Contribute to maintaining a secure environment respectful of institutional values.

Your profile

• CFC as an Assistant in Community Nursing and Care (ASSC).
• Experience in geriatrics or in an EMS, an asset.
• Marked interest in the support and well-being of elderly people.
• Good interpersonal, listening, and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and to fulfill responsibilities during the night.
• Sense of observation, organization, and priorities.
• Good ability to adapt and flexibility.
• Mastery of French, both spoken and written.
• Ease in using IT tools and the BESA software.
• Availability and willingness to also work daytime shifts.
