Your main tasks:

• Responsibility for the operation of the children and youth offers, coordination of processes, quality assurance
• Leadership, guidance and support of the team, planning of assignments, promotion of constructive cooperation
• Active leisure activities
• Accompanying young people in their concerns, low-threshold counseling and triage
• Further development of the offer
• Implementation and design of projects
• Controlling and reporting tasks of the OKJA

Your profile:

• Completed training at a higher technical college in the social field (Social Work, Socioculture, Social Pedagogy) or a comparable pedagogical training with corresponding experience in a similar position
• Appropriate methodological and social competencies
• Enjoyment of designing, responsibility and further development of a lively offer
• Strong communication skills, resilience and the ability to act clearly and solution-oriented even in challenging situations
• Driver's license Cat. B; trailer test Cat. BE an advantage
