As part of our development, we are looking for a Mechanical Process Agent to strengthen our technical office team. Mechanical Process Agent 100% (M/F) Your mission: Attached to the technical office, you are in charge of monitoring galvanoplasty suppliers, optimizing processes, and analyzing internal malfunctions. You will implement corrective actions and formalize work procedures. As such, you: • Establish a link with galvanoplasty suppliers regarding quality, deadlines, and technical issues. • Analyze non-conformities received and pilot necessary corrective actions. • Communicate internally the performance status of galvanoplasty suppliers. • Coordinate the optimization of internal processes and manage continuous improvement. • Train operators in new methods and defined processes. • Audit processes, detect malfunctions, and ensure performance maintenance. Your profile • Education: Technician diploma ES in mechanics, microtechnology, or equivalent training. • Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience (a plus if acquired in the watchmaking industry). • Skills: Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and problem-solving tools. • Required qualities: Excellent relational skills, autonomy, proactivity, and great rigor in file management. Ability to supervise and lead teams of operators and technicians. • Languages: Mastery of French; good knowledge of English or German would be a plus.
