Perform maintenance and cleaning work on buildings
Monitor the proper functioning of heating, ventilation, and sanitary installations, as well as carry out all technical controls according to established maintenance plans
Participate in the preparation of premises intended for the troop and perform work related to the handover and takeover of infrastructure and equipment
Coordinate, monitor, and receive work carried out by private companies
Participate in snow removal work on the parade ground
What makes you unique
CFC as an operations agent or professional training in the technical field, construction, or building maintenance
Category B driving license; possession of category CE driving licenses and forklift license are an asset
Sense of organization, ease of working in a team, and easy contact with customers
Work executed in an expeditious and conscientious manner
Good knowledge of at least a second official language and basic knowledge of IT (MS Office)
