Welcome to the intercommunal association Réseau social du district de Horgen (SNH). We provide social services. In the field of education, we specifically offer German courses and courses to develop basic skills for adults. For this, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a team leader for German courses and basic skills.

Your tasks ##

• Technical, organizational and personnel management of the German courses and basic skills teams
• Planning, organization and continuous development of educational offers as well as quality assurance
• Collaboration with reference bodies and network partners
• Participation in cross-sectional projects and development of the educational sector

Your profile ##

• University degree in German as a foreign or second language, linguistics, pedagogy or in a comparable field
• Several years of experience in adult education, particularly in the field of German as a second language and/or basic skills
• Experience in course management, quality development as well as in evaluation and development of educational offers
• A strong sense of marketing, communication adapted to the recipients and effective positioning of offers
• Management experience or the desire to acquire the corresponding skills
