Your tasks ##

• As a floater, you will accompany children in various groups and thereby gain a versatile and varied insight into the daily life of our mixed-age childcare facility
• With your appreciative and attentive manner, you contribute to high-quality education, care, and upbringing that is oriented towards the individual needs of the children
• You promote the children in an age-appropriate manner and incorporate their interests and strengths into the design of daily life
• You utilize our diverse learning and play environments to offer the children varied experiences and development opportunities
• Through targeted observations, you document the educational and developmental processes of the children and help shape their portfolios
• Trustful and professional cooperation with parents as well as the entire Kita team rounds off your versatile field of activity

Your profile ##

• Completed training as a childcare specialist or an equivalent pedagogical qualification
• Joy in getting to know different groups of children and contributing flexibly in various team situations
• Motivated, independent, and resilient personality with a positive attitude
• Nature-connected and open manner as well as enthusiasm for accompanying and promoting children
• Interest in contributing and further developing your expertise in a committed and professional team
• High flexibility and joy in a varied daily working routine
