What you achieve with us You support our kitchen team in the preparation of food and make a significant contribution to a smooth process in the kitchen. Your main tasks include: Support in the preparation and presentation of cold dishes, appetizers and salads. Assistance in the processing and preparation of fresh ingredients according to the specifications of the kitchen management. Ensuring order and cleanliness in the workplace. Compliance with applicable hygiene and safety standards (HACCP). Collaboration with other kitchen teams to support an efficient workflow. Your profile Initial experience in the kitchen or great interest in working in the gastronomy sector. Enjoyment of practical work as well as willingness to learn in the area of cold kitchen. Reliable, careful and team-oriented way of working. Stress tolerance and flexibility, also in work-intensive phases. Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety standards is an advantage. Good language skills in Italian or English. Our offer Seasonal position from end of November 2026 to mid April 2027, further seasons desired. 5-day week on average with 43.5 hours. 5 weeks of vacation and 6 public holidays per year. 13th monthly salary from entry (pro rata temporis).
