POLYMECHANIC CNC - PROGRAMMING (80-100%) Inwil LU YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY You are responsible for the efficient manufacture of our demanding precision parts – with a focus on programming, process stability, and quality. Your focus: Programming, setting up, and optimizing modern turning-milling machining centers (e.g., DMG MORI NTX) Independent machining of demanding workpieces according to drawings and specifications Production of small series (approx. 5–75 pieces) with high quality requirements Continuous optimization of CNC programs and machining processes Independent inspection of manufactured parts according to the inspection plan Ensuring process stability, repeatability, and part quality Active participation in the improvement of manufacturing processes Responsible for performing preventive maintenance and ensuring the technical operational readiness of the systems Collaboration on optimization projects and industrialization of new products Support during the commissioning of new machines YOUR COMPETENCIES You work reliably and independently. With your technical understanding, you maintain an overview even with demanding tasks and implement solutions consistently. Completed training as a Polymechanic or comparable Several years of experience on complex turning-milling machining centers (ideally 5-axis) Sound experience in CNC programming (ideally TopSolid) Confident reading and implementation of technical drawings Strong quality awareness and precise working style Structured and solution-oriented way of working Interest in optimization and new technologies Ability to work in a team and reliability German language skills in speaking and writing, English language skills are an advantage YOUR PERSPECTIVES A versatile task awaits you with direct influence on our production.
