Die Plattform Glattal is a specialist in social services and integration and operates diverse offerings in the areas of work integration, youth work, housing, and counseling.

The youth work of Plattform Glattal actively helps shape public space. It motivates young people to get involved in the community, to take on responsibility, and promotes the integration of young people into society.

Your tasks ###

Interesting and diverse pre-internship in the field of Open Child and Youth Work. Together with the responsible youth workers, you will design offerings for young people in the Furttal. You will accompany opening hours in meeting spaces in Otelfingen and support the stakeholder group in the implementation of their ideas. You also have the opportunity to plan your own small projects and implement them independently under professional guidance. Your working days are Wednesday to Friday.

Your profile ###

You are interested in working with young people and are prepared to commit to their concerns for 6 to 12 months. You are resilient and bring the willingness to work irregular hours (evening shifts and occasional assignments on the weekend). Flexibility, the ability to self-organize, and active thinking are prerequisites that are not foreign to you. Ideally, you have experience in children's animation, youth work, or the volunteer sector (e.g., scouts, clubs, etc.).
