For our AMAG Retail operation in Thun, we are looking for an empathetic and motivated personality as a Service Advisor (m/f/d).

What you can achieve with us ##

• Customer relationship manager: You look after interested parties from appointment coordination to vehicle handover and maintain active customer contact
• Sales bridge: You work closely with the sales team and form the interface between the workshop and customers
• Offer professional: You create offers according to the order, check vehicles for cleanliness as well as completeness, and take care of professional order processing
• Mobility master: You ensure a pleasant atmosphere and convince our customers with your expertise and your passion for holistic mobility

What you bring with you ##

• Vocational training and commercial expertise: You have training as an Automobilfachfrau/-mann EFZ or Automobil Mechatroniker/-in EFZ and have good commercial knowledge. Initial experience as a Service Advisor is an advantage
• E-mobility expert: You have experience in e-mobility and a good understanding of high-voltage technology
• Service professional: You are outgoing, enjoy approaching people, and impress with your advisory competence and persuasiveness
• Mindset master: You are resilient, maintain a positive mindset even in demanding situations, and convince through your customer-oriented manner, your expertise, as well as your enthusiasm for the automotive industry
• IT expert: You have an affinity for digital processes, virtual customer communication, and the use of AI tools
• Driving professional: Valid driver's license Cat. B
