You draft resolutions and messages for the attention of the District Council. You participate actively in the budget process. You carry out tender procedures for planning and work assignments. You are the contact person for real estate matters and citizen concerns. You assist in the management and evaluation of the energy accounting and the ancillary costs of all properties and prepare statistics. You are responsible for the personnel and technical leadership of a real estate management clerk. Your profile You have completed technical or commercial basic training in the field of structural engineering or structural draftsman/draughtswoman with commercial further training. You possess the Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Real Estate Management or you have an equivalent further training. You bring experience in general construction and/or in project management. You bring experience in the field of real estate accounting as well as financial key figures. You have experience in construction and rental law. You have the ability to analyze complex problems and develop practical solutions. You are characterized by negotiation skills and resilience. You are confident in oral and written expression.
