As a group leader, you are subordinate to the establishment's management and responsible for managing the group and team. You accompany and encourage the children and are the reference person for them and their parents. In addition to your administrative tasks, you develop interesting themes and activities for and with the children and organize exciting outings. Furthermore, you are responsible for the training of apprentices and interns in your group.
